STEELERS and browns Cookies!

Hi everyone!  My sister Gail and brother in law Dave live in Boston, and my parents just went to visit them, so I made some cookies for them to take!  I wasn't even invited on this trip... (Thanks Mom and Dad) but I asked both Gail and Dave what kind of cookies I could make for them.  After many attempts, I still could not get an answer out of my sister, but Dave said he would like some Cleveland Browns cookies.

Well... being from Pittsburgh... I thoroughly dislike the Browns!  They got married last August, and we all like him despite his football team preference!

So I ended up making Steeler and Browns helmets and footballs for them.

Of course I had to take more pictures of the Steeler cookies!  They are the better team!  :-)

Bridal Shower

Here are some cookies I made for a Bridal Shower.

A little of this, a little of that...

I have been very busy the past 2 weeks!  In addition to that, I have had trouble with the internet, so it has been tough to make any new posts.  I do, however, have lots of pictures to share!

Some cookies for my parents.

Cupcake cookies!

These cookies were for the family that I am babysitting this summer.

These "Dad" cookies are for a friend's dad.

Jeff, my fiancee, sells Dental Equipment, so I made him some toothbrush and tooth cookies.

School is out!

I am happy to say that I have been done with my schooling for a few years now, but I always loved the beginning of summer (especially because I didn't have to go to school for a few months!).  I went to school in Pennsylvania, and would normally be done around the first week of June.  However, here in Canada, school just got out last week!  June 29!  It's crazy to me!

Here are some cookies that I made for a lady who is giving these teacher cookies to her daughter's teachers, and the hearts on a stick to the kids in the class.

I made apples, chalk boards, crayons and pencils.

Everything is iced.  Now it must dry before I put the finishing touches on!

All done!!  These have to be some of my favorite cookies that I have made!

Chalk board cookies.

Big red apple!

Here are the hearts to be given to the girl's classmates.

All wrapped up and tied with a purple ribbon!

I love these cookie pops!  They make eating a cookie so much fun!  I had to make a couple extra so Jeff and I could enjoy one.  :-)

Happy Canada Day and 4th of July!

To all the Canadians... Happy Canada Day!  It was a beautiful day here in Barrie!  Jeff and I went to his family's house for a cookout.  Afterwards, we went to the fireworks down by the lake.

I should have known, but the minute that we got to the lake to watch the fireworks, we BOTH started to get bit by bugs.  I mean... CONSTANTLY.  Almost to the point where we were going to leave.  It was just so beautiful to see the fireworks over the water!  We got home, and I was fine.  The next day, I woke up with about 7 bug bites on my leg.  They didn't itch, but today (2 days later) I have about 35 bug bits on my legs... yes I counted!  Does Jeff have any?!  No... NOT ONE!  He said "You are the one who wanted to go see the fireworks, not me!"  Ahh... so I am very itchy today!

Tomorrow is the 4th of July.  To all the Americans... HAPPY 4TH!

I will not be in the US, but I wanted to make a few cookies anyways!

Hope you all enjoy!  Have a fun holiday weekend everyone!
